Mixed Population of Neural Cells

Overview

With this system, Neural Stem Cell (NSC) populations can be differentiated into mixed populations of neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes.  All reagents are fully-defined, animal component-free and have been developed together to ensure optimal consistency for your research. Built to be modern, our media formulations incorporate a number of tools validated within the neuroscience field to improve key research areas including electrophysiology, neurite outgrowth/branching and long-term culturing.

NSCs were plated on Sure Bond-XF (ax0041XF) coating at 95000 cells/cm2 and synchronously differentiated using Axol Neural Differentiation-XF Medium (ax0034-125). Cultured maintained in Axol Neural Maintenance-XF Medium (ax0032-500). Image taken at 21 DIV. Image inverted to highlight neurite processes.  

NSCs were plated on Sure Bond-XF (ax0041XF) coating at 187500 cells/cm2 and synchronously differentiated using Axol Neural Differentiation-XF Medium (ax0034-125).
