Cortical Neural Induction Kit contains all of the media and reagents required to induce pluripotent stem cell differentiation to cerebral cortical neural stem cells. The kit consists of: Medium A (125 mL), Medium B (125 mL), Coating Reagent (4 x 250 μL) and Unlock Passaging Reagent (25 mL). 

This Neural Stem Cell Culture Media & Reagent Bundle is required for expansion and spontaneous differentiation of Axol iPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells (System C). This bundle contains the necessary media and reagents required for: expanding a single vial of NSCs three times, differentiating NSCs spontaneously and maintaining neurons and glial cells when following our Protocol. If ordering more than one vial, additional Unlock and SureBond will be required. The bundle contains coating reagents required for plating on plastic (SureBond-XF) and glass surfaces (SureBond+ReadySet) for endpoint assays.

This Neural Stem Cell Culture Media & Reagent Bundle is required for synchronous differentiation of Axol iPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells (System B). This bundle contains the necessary media and reagents required for: differentiating NSCs synchronously and maintaining neurons when following our Protocol. The bundle contains coating reagents required for plating on plastic (SureBond-XF) and glass surfaces (SureBond+ReadySet) for endpoint assays.
