This Neural Stem Cell Culture Media & Reagent Bundle is required for spontaneous differentiation of Axol iPSC-Derived Neural Stem Cells into a mixed population of neuronal and glial cells (System D). This bundle contains the necessary media and reagents required for: differentiating NSCs spontaneously and maintaining neuronal and glial cells when following our Protocol. The bundle contains coating reagents required for plating on plastic (SureBond-XF) and glass surfaces (SureBond+ReadySet) for endpoint assays.

SureBond-XF coating solution is recommended for long-term or low density culture of neural stem cells and neurons since it permits strong adherence of neural cells.
