Primary Human Small Airway Epithelial Cells (PHSAEC) are a good source of a mixed cell population for use in an in vitro model for studying the function and pathophysiology of the respiratory epithelium. PHSAEC allow a researcher to perform FACS sorting of the diverse population of epithelial cells found within the cell composition. These cells also allow for a representative sample of RNA/DNA/Protein from the epithelial cell mix which is representative of individual donors.



Primary Human Tracheal Epithelial Cells (PHTEC) can be used as a source for repeated differentiated cell stocks useful for any analysis procedure typically performed with freshly isolated cells derived from ex vivo tissue. Given the cell composition of ciliated, non-ciliated, goblet and basal cells, PHTEC are a good source of a mixed cell population for use in an in vitro model for studying the function and pathophysiology of the respiratory epithelium. PHTEC are a perfect source for single-cell analysis from individual donors. PHTEC allow a researcher to perform FACS analysis of the diverse population of epithelial cells found within the tracheal cell composition. PHTEC also allow for a representative sample of RNA/DNA/Protein from the epithelial cell mix which is representative of individual donors.

PHBEC allow researchers to perform FACS sorting of the diverse population of epithelial cells found within the cell composition. Primary Human Kidney Cortical Cells (PHKCC) can be used for general research, drug and toxicity screening, tissue engineering. PHKCC are a good source for use in an in vitro model for studying the function and pathophysiology of the kidney. PHKCC are a perfect source for single-cell analysis from individual donors. 

Adult liver stem cells cultured within an extracellular matrix self-assemble to form 3D organoids, and when exposed to appropriate culture conditions, differentiate into functional hepatocytes. These organoids are available cryopreserved, ready for revival into 3D cell culture conditions. Content provided is suitable for re-embedding into 3 wells of a 24 well plate. These features make the organoids a novel tool for use in _in vitro_ hepatotoxicity analysis. Organoids display ductal marker SOX9 and hepatocyte marker HNFα and show increased expression of functional hepatocyte markers ALB and CYP3A4 following differentiation.
