Axol Dental Pulp Stem Cells (DPSCs) are cryopreserved at low passage (P2) and can be passaged a further 3 times in our tailored Dental Pulp Stem Cell Culture Medium. The dental pulp stem cells are >90% positive for the markers CD29, CD44, CD90, CD105 and are <10% positive for the markers CD34 and CD45. The cells can undergo directed differentiation to multiple cell types including osteocytes, adipocytes and chondrocytes in Axol mesenchymal stem cell differentiation media.
The dental pulp stem cells are negative for mycoplasma and detectable microbial contamination. The cells are negative for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C as detected by PCR.
