Description

Axol iPSC-Derived Atrial Cardiomyocytes express atrial specific markers atrial myosin light chain 2 (MLC2a) and atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP). Atrial cardiomyocytes are key for the study of atrial fibrillation such as irregular heart rate making them excellent for disease modelling. 

Our iPSC-derived Atrial Cardiomyocytes have been derived from the same newborn male donor as our highly-validated iPSC-Derived Ventricular Cardiomyocytes. Axol iPSC-derived cardiomyocytes and fully-defined, serum-free Cardiomyocyte Maintenance Medium offers researchers a complete portfolio of complementary cell types and culture reagents for disease modelling and cardiotoxicity testing.
