Media to induce differentiation into adipocytes, chondrocytes or osteoblasts
Mesenchymal stem cells from healthy donors
Highly characterized and functionally validated mesenchymal stem cells derived from adipose tissue, bone marrow, umbilical cord tissue and pre-adipocytes. The MSCs are derived from healthy donors and are low passage. The MSCs are compatible with our MSC expansion media and MSC differentiation media. We recommend using the MSCs prior to passage 6 for optimal performance in your experiments.
Mesenchymal stem cells derived from bone marrow mononuclear cells from a single patient donor. The bone marrow derived MSCs are compatible with our MSC expansion medium for the growth of bone marrow MSCs (ax9006).
Our mesenchymal stem cell growth media are tailored for the expansion of MSCs derived from different tissues. Our MSC growth media contain no antimicrobials or phenol red since they can influence cell behaviour.
Our mesenchymal stem cell differentiation media promote adipogenic, chrondrogenic or osteogenic differentiation of our mesenchymal stem cells. Our MSC differentiation media contain no antimicrobials or phenol red since they can influence cell behaviour.
